- In 2002 Ellen Versney was appointed solo harpist of the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra, one of the leading top orchestra's in The Netherlands. Their current chief conductor is Jaap van Zweden.  See www.radiofilharmonischorkest.nl for the concert agenda.

- She is also harpist of the DoelenEnsemble that was founded in 1990 and who specialize in performing chamber music of the 20th and 21st century. Through the years, their concert-series in concert hall 'The Doelen' in Rotterdam and in other venues throughout the country have attracted a wide and loyal audience. The ensemble has made a significant contribution to the (contemporary) musical climate in The Netherlands and in Rotterdam in particular. Ellen regularly features as a soloist in these concerts, performing amongst others in the Badings Festival, the Gergiev Festival and the Carter Centenary.
